    Months 1–3: earn

Choose one card that fits your real spending. Move your existing bills onto it, hit the welcome bonus without inventing purchases, and pay the statement in full every single month.

    Months 4–6: choose the place

Pick a destination that stretches you gently rather than terrifies you — somewhere with easy transit, widely spoken English or a language you have, and a strong solo-travel reputation. Sunny Bexx's trip creator will build the whole itinerary around who you are.

Months 7–9: book the big two

Flight and accommodation, in that order, because flights have the tightest award availability. Once those two are locked in, the trip stops being hypothetical.

    Months 10–12: prepare and go

Build the itinerary, pack light, tell someone your plan, and keep going even on the day it feels absurd. The version of you who comes home is the point of all this.

    Take this with you

    • One card, one destination, one booked flight — that's the whole plan.
    • Book the flight before the hotel.
    • The trip becomes real the moment something is non-refundable.

    Sit with this

Put a month on the calendar right now. Not a date — just a month.
